Superworking® - 4 day executive workout
"I.Q. gets you the job, E.Q. gets you ahead." Daniel Goleman (E.Q.*- emotional quotient)

This is a practical, tried and tested, 4 day programme that is interactive and experiential. It is set out over 4- 6 weeks to enable steady practice and assimilation of the techniques in the work place. Using the latest brain and psychological research and techniques, it lets us do more, in less time with less stress. Memory function improves, learning is accelerated and it is fun to do. Participants talk of a “deep sense of regeneration and well being” as a result of it taking part.
In a world where technical skills can be learnt and IQ can be bought in, organisations are realising that the better social and interpersonal skills of their staff give them the edge.

The programme was built on academic research into the qualities of sustained success. What triggers peak performance in individuals - and how is it sustained without burnout?

- Self-management - involves controlling one's emotions and impulses and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Social awareness - the ability to sense, understand, and react to other's emotions while comprehending social networks.
