Effective coaching not only helps keep the organization and specific projects on course, but frees up your mental resources to develop other areas of business that can be neglected when too much energy is given to worry and conflict. There is also more time and attention available for non-work activities.
Coaching is done on an individual basis either onsite or offsite and by telephone.
